AN ACT

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR STATE PARKS; EXTENDING THE EXPENDITURE DATE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS--EXTENDING EXPENDITURE PERIOD--EXPANDING PURPOSE.--The appropriation to the energy, minerals and natural resources department made in Item (56) of Section 5 of Chapter 114 of Laws 2004 for nonrecurring capital costs associated with the Mesilla valley bosque state park may be expended in fiscal year 2005 and subsequent fiscal years and shall not revert to the general fund at the end of a fiscal year.
