has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, strike "one hundred dollars ($100)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty dollars ($50.00)" and after "year", insert "for the 2006 and 2007 calendar years or more than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the 2008 calendar year and for subsequent calendar years,".
