has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:


    1. On page 3, line 14, after "services" insert:


"provided as part of an individualized family service plan and delivered by certified and licensed personnel as defined in 7.30.8 NMAC who are working in early intervention programs approved by the department of health".


    2. On page 5, line 23, after "services" insert:


"provided as part of an individualized family service plan and delivered by certified and licensed personnel as defined in 7.30.8 NMAC who are working in early intervention programs approved by the department of health".


    3. On page 8, line 8, after "services" insert:


"provided as part of an individualized family service plan and delivered by certified and licensed personnel as defined in 7.30.8 NMAC who are working in early intervention programs approved by the department of health".


    4. On page 10, line 18, after "services" insert:


"provided as part of an individualized family service plan and delivered by certified and licensed personnel as defined in 7.30.8 NMAC who are working in early intervention programs approved by the department of health".


    5. On page 13, line 3, after "services" insert:

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
