has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, after "DONATIONS" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    2. On page 4, line 22, through page 5, line 2, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 5, line 9, strike ", 7 and 8" and insert in lieu thereof "and 7".
