SENATE BILL 738

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "A STANDARD ARREST REPORT" and insert in lieu thereof "STANDARD ARREST REPORTS AND PROCEDURES".

    2. On page 1, line 16, after "REPORTS" insert "AND PROCEDURES".

    3. On page 1, line 19, before the comma insert "and the traffic safety bureau of the department of transportation".

    4. On page 1, line 20, strike "a standard arrest report" and insert in lieu thereof "standard arrest reports and procedures".

    5. On page 1, line 22, before the period insert "or similar municipal or county ordinances".

    6. On page 1, line 24, after "1978" insert "or similar municipal or county ordinances".

    7. On page 1, line 25, strike "report" and insert in lieu thereof "reports and procedures".

    8. On page 2, line 1, after "safety" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 2 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "in accordance with the provisions of Subsection A of this section".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
