AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE A FLAMENCO DANCE PERFORMANCE AT THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE'S TRICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION IN 2005.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to contract for a flamenco dance performance to be produced for the tricentennial celebration of the city of Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
