    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 1058

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 13, after "state" strike the remainder of

the line, strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety and strike line 16 up to the period.

    2. On page 2, line 16, after the period insert:

    "However, the public employer and the exclusive representative may agree to provisions contained in an agreement that are in conflict with the provisions of the statutes of this state; provided that such provisions of the agreement do not become effective unless the applicable state law is amended by the legislature.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
