HEAD SENIOR CENTER IMPROVE-HOBBS
two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to plan, design and construct
improvements and a corridor to connect the main buildings of the Head senior center in
Hobbs in Lea county
to the department of environment
•
HOBBS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
seventeen million dollars ($17,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a wastewater
treatment plant in Hobbs in Lea county
NORTHERN HOBBS UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN LEA COUNTY
two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design, construct and acquire
rights of way for utility improvements in the northern Hobbs area in Lea county
to the department of transportation

GOODWIN AREA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS-HOBBS
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct road improvements,
including utilities upgrades, to the Goodwin area in Hobbs in Lea county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration
•
HOBBS ANIMAL SHELTER CONSTRUCT
seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design, construct, equip, furnish and
acquire land for a new animal shelter in Hobbs in Lea county
