I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

QUEMADO COMMUNITY CENTER BLDG UPGRADE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

65 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to plan, design and construct a community

center in Quemado in Catron county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

changed to upgrading an existing structure for the community center.
