restrooms, storage, offices and a library, at the Artesia senior center in Artesia in Eddy county

CARLSBAD ADULT DAYCARE & RESPITE FACILITY

three hundred thousand nine hundred seventy dollars ($300,970) to plan, design and construct

an adult daycare and respite facility in Carlsbad in Eddy county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

EDDY COUNTY PARK CONSTRUCT

thirty-one thousand dollars ($31,000) to plan, design and construct a park adjacent to the

Malaga volunteer fire station in Eddy county

CARLSBAD DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER-PH 2

seven hundred nineteen thousand one hundred dollars ($719,100) for phase 2 construction of

a domestic violence shelter in Carlsbad in Eddy county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip classrooms

and laboratories at New Mexico state university in Carlsbad in Eddy county

two hundred forty-eight thousand six hundred dollars ($248,600) to purchase equipment for a

community multimedia group in conjunction with New Mexico state university in Carlsbad in

AVALON-ALARCON WATERSHED FLOOD CONTROL

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct flood control

improvements to the Avalon-Alarcon watershed in the Carlsbad soil and water conservation

district in Eddy county

HOPE CMTY DITCH ASSOC WELL & PIPELINES-PH 2

one million eight hundred forty thousand dollars ($1,840,000) for phase 2 drilling of

irrigation wells and purchase and installation of pipelines for the Hope community ditch

association in Eddy county
