to the Manzano expressway in Valencia county

MONTERREY BLVD IMPROVE

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

Monterrey boulevard in Valencia county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

VALENCIA CO ROAD DEPT EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

two hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($253,000) to purchase road equipment for Valencia

county
