I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HILAND THEATER RENOVATE & ACQUIRE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

3 of Section 13 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the Hiland theater shall not be expended for

the original purpose but is changed for renovations and acquisitions at the Hiland theater in

Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
