two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct streetscape

improvements and a pedestrian walkway connection to downtown in Las Cruces in Dona Ana

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

LAS CRUCES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FACILITY IMPROVE

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

to the city-owned La Casa domestic violence center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
