five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including resurfacing, to county road 3 in Roosevelt county

ROOSEVELT COUNTY ROADS IMPROVE

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including resurfacing, to the county roads in Roosevelt county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ROOSEVELT COUNTY DETENTION CENTER IMPROVE

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and security systems at the county detention center

in Roosevelt county

ROOSEVELT COUNTY ROAD EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

four hundred and thirty thousand dollars ($430,000) to purchase equipment for the highway

department in Roosevelt county

ROOSEVELT COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT VEHICLE PURCHASE

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to purchase and equip vehicles for the

county sheriff's department in Roosevelt county

ROOSEVELT COUNTY YOUTH SHELTER HOME EQUIP

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to equip the youth shelter home in Roosevelt county

three hundred fifty-eight thousand seven hundred dollars ($358,700) to plan, design and

construct renovations and expansion to the hospital in Portales in Roosevelt county
