nine hundred sixty thousand five hundred fifty dollars ($960,550) to plan, design, construct

and equip a landfill, including land acquisition and improvements, in Clayton in Union county

CLAYTON WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct wastewater system

improvements in Clayton in Union county

CLAYTON WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct water system

improvements in Clayton in Union county

CLAYTON WATER/WELLS SYSTEM IMPROVE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct water system

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct improvements for the

main street program, including equipment, furnishings, landscaping, repair and renovation, in
