to the fifth judicial district court

5TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURTHOUSE EQUIP/FURNISH

four hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($455,000) to equip and furnish the fifth judicial

district courthouse in Chaves county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ROSWELL OIL LIBRARY CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and remodel the oil

library in Roswell in Chaves county
