thirty nine thousand three hundred dollars ($39,300) to plan, design and construct sewer lines

for an affordable housing project in Eunice in Lea county

EUNICE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT WATER IMPROVE

twenty four thousand five hundred sixty dollars ($24,560) to plan, design and construct water

system improvements for an affordable housing project in Eunice in Lea county

to the department of transportation

EUNICE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT ROAD PAVE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct road improvements,

including paving, for an affordable housing project in Eunice in Lea county

EUNICE MAIN STREET IMPROVE

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

to Main street in Eunice in Lea county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

EUNICE PARKING LOT IMPROVE

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to plan, design and construct parking lot improvements in
