Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the gen-
eral fund.
This appropriation is not part of the CYFD request or the Executive recommendation.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
CYFD will absorb the additional contract management demands arising with statewide program
expansion.
