Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 414 appropriates $35,000 from the general fund to the local government division of
the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of operating expenses of the
Otero County sheriff’s department for the Otero County neighborhood watch program.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $35,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the gen-
eral fund.
