Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 1071 enacts a new section of the Concealed Handgun Carry Act o provide an excep-
tion for certified law enforcement officers to the following requirements of application fee, re-
newal fee and firearms training course.

AOC states it is unknown if the enactment of the proposed legislation would impact performance
measures as they relate to judicial budgeting.
