in FY06 to contract for the removal of solid waste, liquid waste and hazardous waste illegally
deposited on the common lands of community land grants organized under state law.
Significant Issues
SB101 would provide funding and resources to facilitate removal of solid waste, liquid waste,
and hazardous waste illegally deposited on community land grants.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $600,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 would revert to the
general fund.
