Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 705 – Making an Appropriation for the Men’s Soccer Program at Eastern New Mex-
ico University – appropriates $100,000 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of Eastern
New Mexico University for expenditure in FY06 for the men's soccer program. Any unexpended
or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the general fund.
Significant Issues
This project is not included in CHE’s 2005-2006 Higher Education Funding Recommendation.
