Senate Bill 985 – Making an Appropriation to Provide Opportunities for Students of Tribal Colleges
to Share Academic Achievement, Develop Awareness of Potential Careers and Network with Peers –
appropriates $50,000 from the general fund to the Commission on Higher Education for expendi-
ture in FY06 to provide opportunities for students of tribal colleges to share academic achieve-
ment, develop awareness of potential careers and network with peers. Any unexpended or unen-
cumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the general fund.
