Synopsis of Bill
Senate Memorial10 honors Rio Arriba County and the Rio Arriba Family Network for its
contribution to innovative health care solutions for the county’s diverse population and its
complex health care issues. This county /family network partnership exhibits the creativ-
ity necessary to meet the health care needs of all citizens in the county including those of
the uninsured. February 16 has thus been designated “Rio Arriba- Rio Arriba Family
Care Network Day.
