On page 2, line 6, strike “systems” and insert “technology”.
On page 2, line 7, after “support” insert “and vocational education”.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
House Bill 218 does not contain an appropriation.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
According to PED, the Secretary of Education has identified the organizational structure that will
support efficient management of the department.

According to PED, House Bill 125 and House Bill 176 would conflict with the enactment of
House Bill 218.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
The PED recommends an amendment as follows: Page 2, line 7: after the word support insert
