has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 20, after "on" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21, strike line 22 through "age" and insert in lieu thereof:

"all Canadian cattle, both live and processed, until Canadian feed processors are certified to be in full compliance with the ban on using animal parts in livestock rations and an acceptable period of time has passed to minimize the chance of exposure to additional livestock held for slaughter and breeding".
