    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 13

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike "Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(10)" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 501(c)(8)".

     2. On page 1, line 24, after the period insert:

     "A society, order or association exempt from taxation pursuant to this section shall be prohibited from conducting gaming activities in this state.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
