    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "PROVIDES" and insert in lieu thereof "PROVIDE".

    3. On page 1, line 17, strike "Section" and insert in lieu thereof "Sections 10 and".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
