    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 33

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 7, after "the" insert "examination conducted by the".

     2. On page 5, line 7, remove the brackets and the line through "board".

     3. On page 5, line 7, strike "boards examination" and insert in lieu thereof "of chiropractic examiners".

     4. On page 5, strike all of line 13 and insert in lieu thereof "examination conducted by the national board of chiropractic examiners.".

     5. On page 5, line 19, strike "national boards examination" and insert in lieu thereof "examination conducted by the national board of chiropractic examiners".

     6. On page 7, line 10, strike "secretary-treasurer of the board" and insert in lieu thereof "superintendent of regulation and licensing".

     7. On page 13, strike all of lines 4 through 10.

     8. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
