FOR THE INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

 

AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FULL-TIME-EQUIVALENT POSITIONS AND STABILIZATION AND MAINTENANCE WORK AT THE CORONADO AND JEMEZ STATE MONUMENTS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the state monuments division for one full-time-equivalent position each at the Coronado state monument and the Jemez state monument for stabilization and other maintenance work. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
