has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 12, line 4, after "for" insert "a".

    2. On page 12, line 5, remove the brackets and the line through "public" and after "public" insert ", parochial or private".

    3. On page 12, line 5, strike "purposes" and insert in lieu thereof "purpose",

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
