has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On Page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike ”PROVIDING FOR GOVERNMENTAL IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS;”.

      2. On page 7, line 12, strike "jurisdiction's obligation" and insert in lieu thereof "jurisdiction that responds to a request".

     3. On page 8, line 22, after "reimburse" insert ", to the extent permitted by law,".

    4. On Page 10, line 6, strike “--IMMUNITY”.

    5. On Page 10, line 7, strike subsection designation “A.”.

     6. On Page 10, lines 14 through 20, strike subsection B in its entirety.
