HOUSE GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS

COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 326

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 13, line 21, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may" and strike "only".

     2. On page 13, lines 21 through 25, remove the bracket and the line-through and on page 14, line 1, remove the bracket and line-through.

     3. On page 14, lines 1 and 2, strike all underscored material.

     4. On page 26, strike lines 8 through 12 in their entirety.

     5. On page 26, line 13, strike “describe in this subsection;”.

     6. Renumber the succeeding subsection accordingly.
