AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT TO FUND OPERATIONAL EXPENSES FOR THE SANTA FE INTERNATIONAL FOLK ART MARKET.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to fund operational expenses for the Santa Fe international folk art market. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
