AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS IN THE SANTA FE PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for automated individual education programs for special education students in the Santa Fe public schools. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
