AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING AND INSTALLING FUEL PUMPS AND IN-GROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the purpose of purchasing and installing fuel pumps and in-ground fuel storage tanks in Sandoval county to service both Sandoval county and the city of Rio Rancho. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
