AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND PHASE TWO OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE BOSQUE REDONDO MEMORIAL PROJECT AT FORT SUMNER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eight hundred seventy thousand dollars ($870,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to fund phase two of construction of the Bosque Redondo memorial project at Fort Sumner. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
