AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ACEQUIA COMMISSION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the acequia commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to pay for operations of the commission. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
