AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR LATIN AMERICAN ART EXHIBITS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support a traveling exhibit of Latin American posters by Latin American artists through the national Hispanic cultural center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
