    1. On page 4, line 10, before "Each" insert the subsection designation "A.".

    2. On page 4, line 17, strike the ending quotation mark and between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. For students with disabilities who may require special accommodations, the department, in consultation with the student and the institution's office that serves students with disabilities, shall review the maximum number of consecutive semesters of eligibility and adjust that number as deemed reasonable and appropriate, based on the student's disability needs. In no case, however, shall eligibility extend beyond fourteen consecutive semesters."".
