AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CLARO CENTER FOR LATIN AMERICAN RESOURCES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support the Claro center for Latin American resources and for outreach for intercultural projects in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
