AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR A NATIONAL YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the university to participate in a national youth sports program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
