AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PERSONNEL SERVICES FOR THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirteen thousand five hundred dollars ($13,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the juvenile justice system to upgrade a secretarial position in Las Vegas in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
