AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PHARMACIST SALARY INCREASES IN LAS VEGAS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-two thousand dollars ($52,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to increase salaries by eighteen percent for pharmacists at the New Mexico behavioral health institute at Las Vegas. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
