AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REPLACE FEDERAL FUNDS FOR A FAMILY DEPENDENCY DRUG COURT PROGRAM IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-nine thousand dollars ($99,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to replace federal funds for a family dependency drug court program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
