SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 795 appropriates $15.0 from the general fund to the DCA to support a traveling ex-
hibit of Latin American posters by Latin American artists through the national Hispanic Cultural
Center.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
House Bill 795 appropriates $15.0 from the general fund and is recurring. Any unexpended or
unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
The program would be administered by the Museum and Monuments division working with the
New Mexico Hispanic Cultural Center.
