AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CREATIVE TOURISM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for planning for an international conference on creative tourism to be held in the city of Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
