has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 14, before the period insert ", but "criminal street gang" does not include a fraternal organization, union, corporation, association or similar entity, unless organized for the primary purpose of engaging in criminal activity".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
