    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 HOUSE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 92

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 34, lines 18 through 22, strike Subsection D in its entirety and reletter the following subsections accordingly.

    2. On page 38, line 22, after "unpaid" insert "administrative fees and".

    3. On page 38, line 24, strike the first occurrence of "the" and insert in lieu thereof "any" and after "unpaid" insert "administrative fees and".

    4. On page 38, line 24, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 25.

    5. On page 39, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.

    6. On page 42, lines 6 through 8, strike Paragraph (7) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

             "(7) provides sufficient information to enable a licensee to determine whether a proposed payday loan would meet the requirements for payday loans set forth in the New Mexico Small Loan Act of 1955;".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
