AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO OPERATE MOBILE DENTAL HEALTH CLINICS IN SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirty-seven thousand four hundred dollars ($237,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to pay for the operation of mobile dental health clinics in southern New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
